Last Updated: October 2, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how General Welfare Systems, Inc. (“GWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Parcels Data, parcelsdata.com, and the websites, applications, and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to information about website visitors, prospective and current business customers, account administrators and authorized users, people who communicate with us, and individuals whose professional, property, ownership, transaction, or contact information appears in the Parcels Data research dataset (“Dataset Individuals”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to job applicants or workforce members, information processed solely on behalf of a customer under a separate agreement, or a third party’s privacy practices. Separate notices or agreements may apply in those circumstances. The Services are intended for business and professional use in the United States.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information from several sources to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Services. The categories of information we collect depend on how you interact with us, whether you are a customer or user of the Services, and whether your information appears within our research datasets.

A. Information you provide

When you create an account, communicate with us, request information, purchase services, or otherwise interact with the Services, you may provide personal information directly to us.

B. Information collected automatically

Like most online services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you access or use the Services. This information helps us operate the platform, maintain security, understand usage patterns, and improve performance.

C. Information in our research datasets

We collect, license, obtain, combine, and derive information from government records, public records, publicly available internet sources, and our own research and analysis. Depending on availability and the applicable source, this information may include:

Some information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or associated with the wrong person or entity. The Services are research tools and should not be treated as an authoritative source without independent verification.

D. Sensitive personal information

Certain categories of personal information are treated as “sensitive” under applicable state law. GWS collects account log-in credentials, which are sensitive personal information under the laws of certain states, to authenticate users and secure the Services.

GWS does not seek to collect, and does not intend the research dataset to include, precise geolocation; Social Security, driver’s license, state identification, or passport numbers; financial account numbers in combination with access credentials; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; health, sex life, or sexual orientation information; genetic or biometric data processed to identify an individual; citizenship or immigration status; or the contents of mail, email, or text messages where GWS is not the intended recipient. If information of this kind is identified in a source feed, GWS will suppress or remove it.

GWS does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law without first providing the required notice and choice.

E. How long we keep each category

We keep each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as follows:

When a retention period ends, we securely delete, de-identify, or aggregate the information in accordance with applicable law.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We obtain personal information directly from individuals, from our customers and business partners, from public records and publicly available sources, and through our own research and analysis activities. The specific sources vary depending on the type of information at issue.

4. How We Use Personal Information

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell or rent our customers’ and users’ account, authentication, or subscription information, or their searches, prompts, and uploads, to advertisers or marketing companies for those companies’ own use. We disclose personal information as described below:

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support functionality, maintain security, measure performance, understand usage, and improve the Services.

Cookie categories. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate and secure the Services and to keep users signed in; functional cookies to remember preferences; and analytics and performance cookies to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. We also use session-replay tools that record how users interact with the Services, such as clicks, scrolling, and page navigation, to diagnose problems and improve the Services. We use these tools only for our own internal purposes.

Your choices. Where available, you may manage non-essential cookies through our cookie preference center or consent management tool. You can also configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies, although portions of the Services may not function properly if you do. Where required by applicable law, we also recognize and process valid Global Privacy Control signals.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no common industry standard for responding to that signal has been adopted, the Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. AI-Assisted Features

The Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated research tools to assist with search, matching, enrichment, summarization, follow-up research, and generation of outputs. Automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or reflect uncertainty. Users must independently evaluate results before relying on them.

Model training. We may use searches, prompts, feedback, corrections, and generated outputs to evaluate, improve, train, and fine-tune GWS’s AI-assisted features and research tools and to develop new features and products.

Automated decision-making. The Services do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning any individual. Outputs are research aids only and are evaluated by the customer, who is responsible for any decision it makes.

8. Data Retention

Section 2.E describes how we determine how long to retain each category of personal information. Information in backups and archives may remain until those systems are updated or overwritten in the ordinary course, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including controls relating to encryption, logging and monitoring, endpoint security, and secure software development.

We limit access to personal information to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their functions, and we require our service providers to maintain safeguards appropriate to the information they process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning personal information we maintain about you, including rights to request access to or confirmation of processing, correction, deletion, portability, or a list of certain recipients; to limit certain uses of sensitive data; and to appeal a decision on a request.

You may also ask us to suppress information from the Services or correct information you believe is inaccurate. This includes requests under New Jersey law to withhold a protected home address or unpublished home telephone number. We may need information such as your name, email address, telephone number, address, employer or company affiliation, property relationship, or other details to locate records and verify your request. We will use verification information only for request handling, security, fraud prevention, and compliance.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by applicable law. We may require the agent to provide proof of authority and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us or confirm that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf.

If we honor a request to correct, remove, or suppress information, we will update the information in our Services as appropriate. We may retain limited records needed to document and honor the request and, where required, prevent the information from being reintroduced. Where appropriate, we may notify customers who previously obtained affected information of a correction or restriction. We cannot guarantee removal of copies that a customer or another third party independently maintains, and we cannot control those copies.

To submit a request, email legal@gw.inc or write to us at General Welfare Systems, Inc., 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 38506, New York, NY 10016, Attn: Privacy.

We will respond to requests and, where applicable, appeals within the time required by law. If we decline a request, we will explain the decision and how to appeal where an appeal right applies. You may submit an appeal by emailing legal@gw.inc with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also submit a complaint to a regulator with jurisdiction over your concern.

No discrimination or retaliation. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any privacy right where prohibited by law.

Accessibility. If you need this Privacy Policy or request channels in an alternative accessible format, contact us using the information in Section 16.

15. Third-Party Links, Integrations, and Embedded Content

The Services may link to, integrate with, or embed content from websites, applications, and services operated by third parties, including authentication, payment, analytics, communications, mapping, and AI providers. The Services include Google Maps features and content, and Google’s use of information collected through those features is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
